Did you hear a click?
Here is a funny YouTube video called, "Did you hear a click?". It's about a sweet older couple that is trying to take a picture from their computer. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to them, they are recording a video.
84-year-old Frank is priceless, with his "NOOOO".

A Real Man
A real man is a woman's best friend.
He will never stand her up and never let her down.
He will reassure her when she feels insecure and comfort her after a bad day.
He will inspire her to do things she never thought she could do; to live without fear and forget regret.
He will enable her to express her deepest emotions and give in to her most intimate desires.
He will make sure she always feels as though she's the most beautiful woman in the room and will enable her to be the most confident, sexy, seductive and invincible.
No wait... sorry...
I'm thinking of wine. It's wine that does all that...
Never mind.

Be careful what you wish for... (JOKE)
A 65-year-old couple is driving to their 40th wedding anniversary.
During the celebration a fairy appeared! "Because you have been such a loving couple all those years, I would like to give you each one wish."
The wife quickly chimed in, "I want to travel around the world."
The fairy waved her wand and POOF! She had the tickets in her hand.
Next, it was the husband's turn.
He paused for a moment, then said, "I'd like to have a wife 30 years younger than me."
The fairy picked up her wand, and POOF! He was 95...
Have a great day!

My Great Weekend (Joke)
A balding,
white-haired man from Chebacco Lake, Florida walked into a jewelry store this
past Friday evening with a beautiful much younger gal at his side. He told the
jeweler he was looking for a special ring for his girlfriend. The jeweler
looked through his stock and brought out a $5,000 ring.
The man said,
"No, I'd like to see something more special."
At that
statement, the jeweler went to his special stock and brought another ring over.
"Here's a
stunning ring at only $40,000", the jeweler said.
The lady's eyes
sparkled and her whole body trembled with excitement.
The old man
seeing this said, "We'll take it."
The jeweler
asked how payment would be made and the man stated, "By check. I know you
need to make sure my check is good, so I'll write it now and you can call the
bank Monday to verify the funds and I'll pick the ring up Monday
afternoon."
On Monday
morning, the jeweler angrily phoned the old man and said, "There's no
money in that account."
"I
know," said the old man, "But let me tell you about MY GREAT
WEEKEND!"
See.......with
age comes wisdom. ☺

A Blonde and Her Horse
A 30-year-old blonde decides to try horseback riding for
the first time.
With no lessons, nor prior experience, she mounts the
horse unassisted, and the horse immediately springs into motion.
It gallops long at a steady and rhythmic pace, but the
blonde begins to slide from the saddle. In
terror, she grabs for the horse's mane, but cannot seem to get a firm
grip. She tries to throw her arms around the horse's neck, but she slides
down the horse's side anyway.
The horse gallops along, seemingly impervious to its
slipping rider.
Finally, giving up her frail grip, the blonde attempts to
leap away from the horse and throw herself to safety. Unfortunately, her foot has become entangled
in the stirrup; she is now at the mercy of the horse's pounding hooves as her
head is struck against the ground over and over.
As her head is battered against the ground, she is mere
moments away from unconsciousness when to her great fortune...
Frank, the Wal-Mart greeter, sees her dilemma and unplugs
the horse.

Thank God for Risktakers
Here is a compilation of mainly guys doing some really crazy stuff. There are only a few girls, a cat and a horse, and they are all in a video called, "Best Fails of 2011 KFB".
It's a 10 minute video and it's amazing what has been caught on tape. There is some coarse language and a couple of mild nudity scenes, and it looks like there may have been a few injuries. The video information reports that no one died and there were only minor injuries reported.
Watch this amazing video, and appreciate that there are risk takers in this world that add a lot of entertainment to our lives. Schadenfreude at it's finest (pleasure derived from the misfortune of others). Not for the faint at heart, watch at your own risk!

How to be More Interesting and Less Boring
Get out, do new things. Do something different. It will give you something interesting to talk about.
Learn to say "yes" to new experiences from time to time.
A change of scenery may be what you need to ignite some energy.
Find your passion for discovery and choose to live life to the fullest.
Be creative. Start something new.
Be less predictable, and become a little more unpredictable. Be spontaneous.
Get out of your routine rut. Jump the curb.
Think outside the box.
Take a stand on something, and be able to back it up.
Do something silly. Laugh at yourself. Laugh with others.
When people ask you questions, don't answer with just a one or two word answer. Elaborate, make it into a story if you can. Don't overdo it though.
Listen to or watch the news. Form an opinion about it, listen to the opinions of others.
Volunteer for an agency. That will give you something interesting to talk about.
Go to a restaurant or café that you've never been to before. Try a different menu item.
Get excited about something.
Have a cause. Be passionate about something. Boring people don't have interesting things to say.
Have a party or get together. Invite fun and interesting people.
Embrace a hobby and get involved with others that share the same passion.
Invite a friend or friends to do something fun or different.
Be positive and uplifting. Be encouraging. Show interest in other people's lives.
Say "Yes" to invitations and suggestions to do something with people you like being with.
Be enthusiastic about something. It can be contagious.
Come "out of your shell" sometimes. Get others to do the same.
Play more. Organize a games night. Do some research on the internet and come up with something fun to do at the next family or friend get-together.
Do a "Happy Dance" when something good happens.
Learn a new skill, or take a course in something cool.
Make the best of whatever situation you are in. Focus on what is good or positive.
Meet new people when you are at a party or get-together. Initiate conversation.
Wear bright, bold colours and prints. Wear a new style or fashion. Ladies-try a new lipstick color. Change your hair colour or style.
Compliment others. Praise them. Smile. Get them excited about something.
Get out of your comfort zone. Try to be less serious. Take risks. Do something strange.
Challenge yourself. Push your limits. Add some excitement to your life.
Plan an adventure. It could be as far away as Hawaii, or as close as the local park. Share what you learn, see and do with others. Some people like to live vicariously through others.
Laugh at other people's jokes.
Plan a surprise party. Or just plan to surprise someone.
Play harmless, practical jokes on people.
Flirt as appropriate.
Be confident in yourself. Take care of yourself. People prefer that over an insecure, unkempt person.
Sometimes be a little louder, a little bolder.

Spoon Hit Head
Playing practical jokes on people can be lots of fun. I have seen this prank before on YouTube, and I happened to find this video that made me laugh until I cried. It's such a simple practical joke, and it makes the guy in the middle look pretty silly. I feel for him, LOL!

Together or Separate?
For Valentine's Day, my husband and I went out for dinner at Olive Garden. I love Italian food, and Olive Garden is one of my favourite Italian restaurants. We planned to have a later dinner, without the kids (it was Valentine's Day - you know, a date). When we arrived, we were told we would have a 40-minute wait, so we went to the lounge and had a drink. I had a strawberry margarita (with a real strawberry), and my husband had a beer. Within 30 minutes, we were seated in the restaurant. Our server was a lovely, young lady. She was prompt, efficient and polite. She was quite busy and she served our bread sticks, salad, soup and pasta in a friendly, pleasant way.
At the end of our meal, we passed on the dessert, and my husband asked for the bill.
At that point she asked, "Together or separate?"
"Together", replied my husband without hesitation.
Satisfied with that answer, she smiled, turned and walked away. At that point, my husband and I looked at each other. We were both smiling, and feeling quite amused.
For all the 25 years we have been out dining together (married almost 22 years), I don't think we have ever been asked if our bill was to come as one bill or two. We just had to laugh. Did it not seem like we were a couple? Did we look like we were "dating"? Did we look like "friends" or maybe we looked like we were doing "business" together? On Valentine's Day? Or is it just that servers are not to assume that a couple would want one bill? Maybe women these days insist on paying their own way? I'm not sure, but it sure came as a surprise.
We will never forget this Valentine's Day date. The night we were asked if our bills were "together or separate".
Have an awesome day!

Go Ahead and Have a Good Laugh
Friends can make you laugh like no one else can.
I have a Facebook account, and I often come across some wonderful photos posted by my family and friends. This is a picture that captured my heart and made me smile. It made me think about all the fun times I've had with my friends, and how important it is to laugh. Thanks Janna for making me smile and remembering how important it is to laugh.

Mishap on Flight 293
A plane was taking off from Kennedy Airport.
After it reached a comfortable cruising altitude, the Captain made an announcement over the intercom, "Ladies and gentlemen, this is your Captain speaking. Welcome to Flight Number 293, non-stop from New York to Los Angeles. The weather ahead is good and therefore we should have a smooth and uneventful flight. Now sit back and relax -- OH MY GOD!" Silence followed.
After a few minutes, the Captain came back on the intercom and said, "Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm so sorry if I scared you earlier, but while I was talking, the flight attendant brought me a cup of coffee and spilt it in my lap. You should see the front of my pants!"
A passenger in coach said, "That's nothing, he should see the back of mine."

It's A Girl!
One of the sweetest joys in life is the much anticipated arrival of a new baby.
A new baby has come into my life, and I am overjoyed! My brother and his wife have given birth to a beautiful little baby girl. Although I have a lot of nieces and nephews on my husband's side, I have never had one on my side of the family until now. This baby is different because I am related to her, by blood. Funny how I see a resemblance of myself in her. It is so exciting to have a new family member. I am one proud Auntie and I love her to pieces already (and I haven't even met her yet). I have seen pictures and we have video-chatted on Skype, and I'll get to meet her in person really soon. I went shopping for baby clothes, and it is so much fun picking out little outfits for her. She makes me happy.
Here are some of my favourite baby sayings:
Children reinvent the world for you. - Susan Sarandon
Making the decision to have a child is momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body. - Elizabeth Stone
Babies are such a nice way to start people. - Don Herold
A baby will be much more work than you could have ever expected, but it will bring you much more joy than you could have ever imagined. - Angela Gentile

Anti-Joke Humour
Anti-Jokes (or Anti-Humour) is a type of comedy in which the audience is set up to expect a typical joke setup however the joke ends with such anticlimax that it becomes funny in its own right. The lack of punchline is the punchline. They are considered "groaners". The funniest part of anti-jokes is telling them to people that appear baffled!
The most popular anti-joke of all time is:
Why did the chicken cross the road?
- To get to the other side.
Here are some of my favourite anti-jokes:
What is red and smells like blue paint?
- Red Paint
What is brown and sticky?
- A stick
A dyslexic man walks into a bra.
What did the farmer say who'd lost his tractor?
- Where's my tractor?
What is blue and fluffy?
- Blue fluff
A duck walks into a bar.
- Animal control is promptly called, and the duck is released in a nearby park.
What did the lawyer say to the other lawyer?
- We are both lawyers.
What do you get when you cross a Mexican with an octopus?
- Nothing. Two different species cannot propagate and gene splicing isn't advanced enough to separate the specific traits of an organism.
Why was six afraid of seven?
- It wasn't. Numbers are not sentient and thus incapable of feeling fear.
What's green and has wheels?
- Grass. I was kidding about the wheels.
What do you call a chicken in Antarctica?
- Lost
Two cows are in a field. Suddenly, from behind a bush, a rabbit leaps out and runs away. One cows looks around a bit, eats some grass then wanders off.
Why are black people so good at basketball?
- Because they practice.
Two men were walking along when they came across a set of tracks. The first man said, "Deer tracks!". The second man said, "Rabbit tracks!". While they stood there arguing, the train ran both men over.
How are a plum and a rabbit alike?
- They are both purple, except for the rabbit.

Emergency Landing (A joke)
Two male colleagues are on a commercial flight to New York. After the men have had a couple drinks, the flight attendant, in a panicked voice, announces that the pilot has passed out and asks whether any of the passengers can fly. The men, both of whom have their pilot's license, rush to the cockpit.
George takes over the controls and heads towards the nearest airport. He brings the airplane to a screeching halt, almost going over the end of the runway.
"That is the shortest runway I've ever seen!" he shouts to Bernie. "It can't be more than a hundred feet long!"
"Yeah," Bernie answers, "but it must be at least a mile wide!"
Have a great day!

Men Are Clueless (A Funny, True Story)
We spent most of the day preparing for the special event. My in-laws were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary that night, and we were secretly hosting my father-in-law's brother and his son from Italy. Their attendance at the wedding was a surprise, so we were working very hard at keeping this information from my in-laws. That morning, my daughter and I were putting together the last touches on our outfit (ie. accessories, hose, etc.) and the guys decided to go out shopping and visiting.
When the guys arrived home with about 10 minutes to spare before we leave for the party, they rushed around to get dressed up. Both my husband and his Uncle wore suits. My son and husband's cousin get ready as well in record time.
We are packed up and in the van, all six of us. My husband is in the driver's seat, I am sitting next to him. We are well into our drive, and I look down at my husband's pants, and ask him, "What are you wearing?". What I see is a pair of black, pin-striped pants. He replies, "I am wearing my new suit". He looks down at his pants, and I say, "I don't remember you having a pin-striped suit." He replies adamantly, "I wore this on the cruise". I reply, "I thought your suit was brown". Now I can tell he was starting to think more seriously about this. He looks at the label on the inside of his lapel. I take a look as well and I didn't recognize the label. I said, "Maybe you have your Uncle's suit on". My husband turns back to see what his Uncle is wearing, and his Uncle replies (in Italian), "Yes, I think I have your suit on and and you have mine". I start laughing, and I we all start realizing what had happened.
When my husband's Uncle had arrived the night prior, I invited him to hang up his clothes in the closet. This was the same closet that my husband's suit was in. When my husband went in to get his suit, he picked the one closest to the shirt that I had just ironed for him. I had just randomly hung the shirt up with no notice of what suit it was hanging beside. He quickly put the suit on, and then my husband's Uncle put "his" on. Turns out they each had put each other's suit on and they didn't realize it until we were in the van on the way to the party!
Each man had rationalized why the suit wasn't fitting quite right. My husband said he was thinking that the pants were a bit short, but shrugged it off. My husband's Uncle said he was thinking that his pants were a bit tight, and he thought maybe he had gained a few pounds. He was also thinking that he had many suits, and this brown one was the one his wife had picked out for him. When they realized what they did, we were all laughing.
We made a stop at a nearby relatives, and the guys switched their suits when they got there. They arrived at the party with their own suits on.
I laughed so hard that I was crying. I said to my husband, "it's my fault because I didn't watch what you were putting on". We told this story at the anniversary party and it made lots of people laugh.

Get Out Your Game of Scrabble
Scrabble is a classic board game that I have been playing for as long as I can remember. I was about 10 years old when I first played this game with my Mom, Dad, Grandmother and Grandfather up at the lake. My word-building skills quickly developed as I took those seven small lettered tiles and transformed them into words that would fit on the playing board like a big crossword puzzle. I inherited my Mom's old game, and continued to play with family and friends. The other night, I played with my husband with my new, Premier Wood Edition. We cheat a little bit, by keeping a dictionary handy and make reference to it as we play. You can learn about new words that you never thought existed, or you can hone your skills with words that you have some familiarity with. Word-building skills and brain exercise as I call it, is very important. Keeping the mind healthy and strong is just as important as keeping the body healthy. I remember my Grandmother playing scrabble with my Mom and I into her later years. Scrabble is a great game to play (ages 8 and up) for 2-4 players.
