Thankful Thinking

“Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.” — William Arthur Ward

Want a quick "pick-me-up"?  Think about all the things in your life that you are thankful for.  Expressing gratitude for what you have instantly makes you feel better.  What I am thankful for is different from what you are thankful for. Sometimes writing down or thinking about three positive things a day is helpful.  Here, I made a video.  Hope you enjoy.

“He is a wise man who does not grieve for the things which he has not, but rejoices for those which he has.” — Epictetus

What are you thankful for?

Cheers!
