The Fun Theory

 There is this great website that is an initiative of Volkswagen called, The Fun Theory.  They have taken some common behaviours and turned them around to be more fun.  Here's what they say on the website:

"This site is dedicated to the thought that something as simple as fun is the easiest way to change people’s behaviour for the better. Be it for yourself, for the environment, or for something entirely different, the only thing that matters is that it’s change for the better." - The Fun Theory

I especially love the Piano Staircase.  They were able to encourage more people to use the stairs instead of the escalator by making the steps make piano key sounds.
