This is a picture I took when I was up at my dad's in Ontario on the weekend of April 2/10. I love this little island and I often take pictures of it at different times of the year. I've never taken a picture of it in the spring time and I never realized how beautiful it looks. The ice is going out really early this year my dad said, as he is usually able to go ice fishing this time of year, right around his birthday. Spring is my favourite time of year, with promises of warmer weather on the way, and newness all around.
